Insist on salad dressings to be served on the side and not mixed with the vegetables. This should be practiced even when you ask for the main course. Ask for the sauces to be served separately. This habit will allow you to keep a check on your calorie content as well as cholesterol. Most sauces contain a lot of sodium which tend to escalate the blood pressure.

4) A stress-filled lifestyle should be discouraged. Taking a stroll at lunch time, watching children play or even gazing at the clear sky can help you relax. Deep breathing exercises should be done regularly to de-stress.

2) If you are not in a hurry, go through all the brands selling that particular product.

3) Styles and trends change very often. So you can wait for the product to go on sale.

5) If you are looking for a particular outfit, you can hit the discount stores. You will be surprised with their range and attractive merchandises.

6) Sometimes, marketing a product well catches the consumer’s eye. A similar item could be equally good in quality but remains unknown because of bad branding. So go through all products thoroughly.

7) Many believe that if an item is expensive, then it must be good and durable. This is absolutely untrue.

8) Don’t buy something you don’t need because it is being offered at a discounted rate.

2) Sun Stroke: If exposed to the sun for long hours, one can feel dizzy. This is mainly due to dehydration.

3) Medications: The side effects of certain medications can lead to dizziness.

4) Blood Pressure: Fluctuations in blood pressure can cause one to feel dizzy.

5) High Stress Levels: Too much stress can disorient a person and some may experience dizziness.

Precautions And Care When Suffering From Dizziness:

  • The moment you feel the onset of dizziness, sit down.
  • Stop using any machinery or tools when you are dizzy.
  • If you are driving, use emergency lights and park your car as soon as possible.
