Group exercise is a great way to develop interaction, increase social circle and develops good bonding with others. It is a gathering of like-minded people where the objective is to be fit and healthy. 

Aerobics is enjoyed best in a large group and the enthusiasm of the class helps in burning a lot more calories when compared to a single person doing cardiovascular exercise on a treadmill. All members performing the workout in harmony and synchronization can really boost a person’s adrenalin. Spinning is another variety of cardiovascular exercise that is enjoyed best in a group.
