July 4, 2007

Just like a cup of coffee refreshes you or a piece of chocolate revitalizes those distraught nerves. These tips will comfort the writer’s sensitive moods that have been harped upon by circumstances.

1) Read the success story of your favorite writer- This will help you realize that everyone struggles before they hit the jackpot.

2)  See your list of published clips – Happy memories take you to the day you wrote that particular piece and the ecstatic feeling when the publisher said “Yes.”

3) Remember how you celebrated your first success – Going out with your family and friends to enjoy your first success as a writer is truly a memorable experience.

4) Seek comfort in your best friend - He or she knows you well to understand your low mood. If they are your true well wishers, they will know how to drive away your blues.

5) Enjoy a scenic route – Take a walk on a familiar road and enjoy the security and calmness it provides.

6) Nurture your defined goals Think why you wanted to be a writer and those thoughts will definitely bounce you back.

Writers are sensitive and especially when it comes to their writing craft. Tips like these can really change their state of mind and encourage them to excel in what they are good at.
