Memory is what keeps us going and helps us assimilate information from our environment. Most of activities are done based on our memory. Many believe that with age, our memory diminishes. 9) Rejoice In Laughter: Laughing often is extremely beneficial for the mind and body. It relaxes you and releases a whole lot of hormones that makes you feel elated.
10) Love Yourself: No one can love you more than yourself. If you consider yourself worthy then you will automatically gain respect from others. Don’t harbor negative feelings but learn to let go and embrace the good things in life.
