Exercise The Blues Away – A Guide to Mental Fitness

Monday morning blues creep out and you wonder how long it will take to get back to the weekend again. Then there are days when nothing feels right, even your favorite food doesn’t seem to be adding the much needed zing in your life.   The key to mental fitness is to exercise regularly. It refreshes your mind along with the body.

Any workout gushes the blood flow to the brain, accompanied with increased amounts of oxygen and glucose. This rush solves all the restlessness and the keeps the blues away. Feeling good about oneself makes all the difference. It encourages you to work harder, excel in everything that you want to achieve and makes you feel lighter and emotionally free.

Attaining mental fitness is an easy goal. It only needs a little bit of daily walking, jogging, swimming or cycling. Exercising makes the world around us wonderful and cheerful. So go ahead and start feeling elated today.
