He gets to play video games all day and is fully supported( spoiled ) by his parents. He has seen dozens of doctors and no one can find anything wrong with him after testing everything from teeth to nerves to allergies to spine. He's in his early 20s and honestly acts like a super happy go lucky, easy to laugh guy with not a care in the world until someone questions his lifestyle/ work situation. He immediately gets defensive and talks about the migraines he suffers and the one he is of course enduring at that exact moment. There have also been a number of doctors who flat out tell him to stop pretending. How can we trust this fellow? He is putting up blocks in his life by using the chronic migraine excuse but he always forgets to act accordingly. It's going to ruin his future! Please help me understand; if there are migraine sufferers that show zero signs of pain then I will take it all back.
