New Buzz In Fitness-VibroGym
August 25, 2007
In our effort to keep our readers updated on everything related to health, fitness, nutrition, beauty and skincare, we are expanding our information on the new trends in fitness equipments.
The latest vogue that is catching on in the fitness industry is VibroGym.It is described by Dutchman Marcel Tamminga, the pioneer of this product as 10 minute complete workout. There are two models, domestic (image one) and professional (image two). The photographs in this article will clearly distinguish the difference.
The Vibrogym is a small stainless steel vertical vibration platform powered by two 350 W motors fitted with handles and leather straps. It has no weights. The entire workout can be done in one machine. A 10 minute workout is said to be enough to increase muscular strength, endurance, power and flexibility, along with bone mineral density.
The international health and fitness industry considers it the smarter way of working out because VibroGym stimulates the whole muscular system at once and not one muscle after another. It also has positive effects on the back and spinal muscles that are difficult to reach in conventional weight training.
Well, I haven’t personally tried out this machine and don’t know how is it better that the usual weight training. But those enthusiasts, who feel charged up by this new equipment, do try it and let us know your impressions.
