It is good to indulge in a little pampering. Getting massaged is one such luxury. Body massages not only stimulate the body but also alleviates the mind, nourishes skin and hair.
It relaxes and loosens the stiffness due to bad posture and stress. It gives a feeling of lightness.

Aromatic oils are used in aromatherapy massages while herbal or Ayurvedic oils are used for Ayurvedic Massage. Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage is derived from Polynesian traditions. Practitioners use their palms, forearm, fingers, knuckles, elbows, knees, feet even sticks and stones to rejuvenate the body.
Tips For Choosing The Right Massage Centre Or Establishment:
1) When trying out a centre or salon for massage make sure that the staff is well-trained and is knowledgeable of the right techniques.
2) Inform the masseur if you have any problems with your joints or have any back aches. These massages are focused on pressure points so they should know how do massage those areas with care.
3) In Ayurvedic centers based on personal experience, a consultation is needed with their doctor. He usually asks a set of questions and then recommends the kind of oil and the type of massage that is best suited for the body.
4) Out of all the massages listed, I have been fortunate enough to experience some of them. My first choice is the stone massage and my second preferance is the aromatherapy.
5) Check on the level of hygiene and cleanliness of the place you decide to choose.
Getting a massage from experts is extremely relaxing and beneficial. It is time well spent in solitude, amidst lighted candles and soft music. So enjoy a good needed relaxation, I know you definitely deserve one.

I find putting the pure aloe plant on the skin works well. Split a leaf in half and rub the liquid on your face and body like a lotion (before you apply makeup in the moring, or at night before bed). Try it – your skin will never feel softer….
