Remedies For Bad Breath

No one enjoys the company of a person suffering from bad breath. It can be even worse if the person has garlic breath. Some try using mint mouth spray and flavored chewing gum but how long does that last.
There are many reasons for bad breath. It could be an internal problem or a dental problem. It is best to consult a doctor for extreme cases. These tips are for general purpose only.
1) The best way to get rid of bad breath is by oral hygiene that is regular brushing, flossing, rinsing or gargling with a mouthwash and tongue scraping. Brushing should be done atleast 2 times a day.
2) Garlic breath before a date is detrimental. It is best to avoid eating any food which is cooked in garlic but incase you did not realize it then you can chew on a sprig of fresh parsley. This is known to help to some extent.
3) Chewing on fresh spices like cloves, cardamom and even cinnamon covers up the strong garlic smell.
4) Munching on cardamom seeds also help but they have a very strong flavor. So taste buds beware.
5) Avoid using mouth sprays and gels unless recommended by health experts.
Bad breath can lead to embarrassment so it is best that you try and find remedies at the earliest. Consult your doctor for their expertise when no products in the market help.
