It is so easy to label someone fat. But being fat is not a curse. Learning to control this fat is crucial because slowly it causes obesity.
According to the changing society’s norms, the outward appearance has become crucial. Celebrities, models and youth icons all project being thin as the ultimate stamp of being beautiful. Many try various diets and when they fail; they feel disappointed and go back to eating even more.
Being obese doesn’t just hamper the self esteem and how people perceive you but in the long run causes a list of hindrances that affect the quality of life.
2) The fat in the system raises the blood cholesterol and triglyceride level that block the arteries and increase the chances of a heart attack.
4) The body is always on constant pressure to bear the excess load as a result a person suffers of shortness of breath and in many cases the joint pain. Simple movements become cumbersome especially to those suffering from arthritis and gout.
6) An obese person undergoing any type of surgery can face complications and there are chances that his/her wounds won’t heal as fast as a person with normal weight would. It is never too late to loose weight. If not to please the world, one should do it to enjoy a happy, fulfilling and productive life.
