Top 10 Excuses Not To Exercise

- I am not that fat. There are many people heavier than me.
- I am too busy.
- I just don’t have the time. I leave for work early and return late.
- I am on a diet so why do I need to exercise. I am losing weight anyway.
- Exercising is too exhausting.
- If I exercise, I will be hungrier than before. So I will eat more. So what’s the point?
- There are no decent gyms near my house.
- I hate working out alone.
- I will go when the weather is more pleasant.
- Exercising is a long, tedious process. I don’t have the stamina for it.
