Top 10 Excuses Not To Exercise

  1. I am not that fat. There are many people heavier than me.
  2. I am too busy.
  3. I just don’t have the time. I leave for work early and return late.
  4. I am on a diet so why do I need to exercise. I am losing weight anyway.
  5. Exercising is too exhausting.
  6. If I exercise, I will be hungrier than before. So I will eat more. So what’s the point? 
  7. There are no decent gyms near my house.
  8. I hate working out alone.
  9. I will go when the weather is more pleasant.
  10. Exercising is a long, tedious process. I don’t have the stamina for it.
