We all have learnt to walk from a very early age. Watching your child learn to balance, stand up and take his first baby steps is a biggest joy of every parent. Understanding the important effects that walking has to our wellness can change your opinion to walking as an exercise.

- Walking gives a feeling of lightness and enhances your energy levels. This in turn works on your self esteem and boosts your confidence.

- Walking reduces the cholesterol and blood pressure levels.
- Walking lessens the risk of various types of cancer.
- Walking strengthens the joints and bones.
- Walking helps to build muscle strength.
- Walking tones the muscles of the calves, thighs and glutes.
