3) Modern Technology: Some prefer using their computers to journal their thoughts. You can do it in any format whether make it online to share it with your friends as a blog or keep it personal by keeping it in a format that is password protected.
Journaling has a cathartic feeling and there are no side effects to this means of relaxation. The aim is to feel positive about ourselves and trust me, it really does work.
